Arrival and departure

Your chalet will be at your disposal from 3.30 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the chalet by 10.30 am.

Payment

Please settle your bill at the reception on the day of departure. We accept cash, Maestro/EC card, Visa, or Euro-/Mastercard.

Pets

Dogs only upon request.

Reservation and deposit

Reservations are only accepted in writing in conjunction with a deposit. For fixed reservations we ask for a deposit of 30% of the chalet costs.

Cancellations

Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. For cancellations or in case of early departure, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Up to 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival at the latest, the accommodation contract may be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration by the contracting party.

Outside this specified period, cancellation by unilateral declaration by the Party shall only be possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:

• up to 30 days before the arrival day cancellation is free of charge
• from 29 – 7 days before the arrival day we charge 70 % of the total chalet price
• in case of cancellation within the last 7 days before the arrival day we charge 90% of the total chalet price
• 100% in case of early departure or no-show

Note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.

General Terms and Conditions

The provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

Errors excepted. Place of jurisdiction St. Johann im Pongau. Possible input errors and price changes are reserved. Deviations from the room photos, sketches and visualisations are possible.
