Scope:
This accessibility statement applies to the website onklxonna.at.

Our goal:
We are committed to making our website accessible in accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG), based on EU Directive 2019/882. In doing so, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, conformance level AA) as well as the European Standard EN 301 549.

Status of accessibility:
Our website is currently partially accessible. We are continuously implementing measures to further improve accessibility. Among other things, we use the UserWay tool to make navigation easier.

The following points are still being worked on or pose a challenge:

• Some image or video content does not yet have complete alternative text or subtitles.
• PDF documents on the site are partially not fully accessible.
• Contrast ratios and keyboard navigation are regularly reviewed but are still in the process of being improved.

Disproportionate burden:
In individual cases (e.g., older videos without audio descriptions or externally embedded content), full accessibility currently represents a disproportionate burden. However, we strive to provide accessible alternatives wherever possible.
